The role involves full on-site responsibility for mechanical installations from first fix through to commissioning and handover, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with programme and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all mechanical installations across 179 residential units, including:Domestic heating systems (ASHP)Ventilation systems (MVHR/MEV)Plumbing and public health servicesManage the full lifecycle of the project: first fix, second fix, testing, commissioning, and handoverCoordinate with main contractor, site management team, and other trades to maintain programmeSupervise subcontractors and direct labour on-siteEnsure compliance with UK building regulations and health and safety standardsMonitor progress, track milestones, and report on programme statusManage quality inspections, snagging, and defect resolutionOversee ..... full job details .....
