The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial inception through to final handover, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle. This will include conducting site visits and surveys, working with in-house design and estimating teams, preparing quotations, negotiating and purchasing materials, supervising labour, coordinating commissioning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of large-scale mechanical projects, including:Air Handling Units (AHUs)ChillersVRV and VRF systems Boilers / Plant roomsCommercial PlumbingVentilation systems Projects will consist of a combination of fit-out works and live asset replacement projects, the projects will be delivered specifically across varied commercial portfolio of clients.
