This is a permanent role, based on site. Salary is dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple mechanical projects ( 500k- 6m+) from award to final accountEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationOversee commercial performance, including costs, variations, and forecastingProvide technical oversight across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systemsLead client relationships and coordinate with internal and external teamsEnsure full compliance with health and safety and regulatory standardsRequirements:Proven experience in a similar Contracts Manager roleStrong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, heating, plumbing)Commercially aware with strong contract management skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesRelevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Mechanical or Building Services EngineeringSMSTS and CSCS (Manager level)Full UK Driving LicenceMust have permanent Right to Work in the UK.
