Mechanical Small Works Project Manager Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance Type: PermanentWe re working with a long-established MandE contractor with a strong presence across Cambridgeshire.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or a Mechanical Site Manager who s ready to step up into a management role.The role: You ll be responsible for delivering mechanical small works projects typically valued up to £500K, covering schemes such as heating plant replacements, ventilation upgrades, and pipework installations for both principal contractors and end clients.Key responsibilities: Managing directly employed labour and subcontractorsClient and stakeholder liaisonOverseeing all aspects of project delivery including: Health and Safety complianceProcurement and programmingFinancial management and reportingSite quality audits and commissioning Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications and experience: HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or alternatively time served/strong background in a mechanical trade ( plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC)SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (beneficial)Confident managing labour, subcontractors, and clientStrong mechanical background with experience delivering small works projectsEither an experienced Project Manager or a Mechanical Site Manager ready to step into management What s on offer: Salary - £55,000- £60,000Car or ..... full job details .....
