You’ll take responsibility for the delivery of mechanical building services projects ranging from approximately £80k to £5m, predominantly across healthcare, education and commercial environments. The role offers plenty of autonomy and will involve a mixture of office and site-based working, managing projects across the South and South West from initial planning through to completion. The Role Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover. Develop project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
