They're looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education and public sector environments. You'll be responsible for: Delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion. Managing programmes, subcontractors and project delivery. Building strong client relationships. Managing costs, variations and project performance. Working closely with site, commercial and design teams.
