Mechanical Project Manager

to oversee the delivery of the Mechanical lifecycle and minor/major mechanical works on a high-profile PFI healthcare contract in Edinburgh. With two years remaining on the contract, this is a great opportunity for progression in a dynamic, critical environment.As Mechanical PM, you\''ll manage the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of mechanical infrastructure upgrades across a large, operational healthcare site - from plant replacements and ventilation upgrades to HTM-compliant refurbishments.Key duties

Lead mechanical project delivery to HTM and statutory standardsManage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality controlMaintain full compliance with CDM, HTM, and health and safety requirementsProduce and review technical documentation, RAMS, and commissioning plansWork closely with hospital FM teams, estates, and clinical stakeholdersProvide regular reporting, attend progress meetings, and manage riskAbout You
