Mechanical Project Manager required to work for a reputable and award winning client Tier 1 contractor to deliver  large scale exciting commercial projects across the West Midlands 

Mechanical Project Manager responsibilities: 

• Full support and project management on large scale projects 
• Programming of works, updating reports where required
• Build solid communication channels
• Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
• Contribute to the progress of the project
• Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
• Design input
• Commercial acumen
