Our client is an established Principal Contractor delivering £250k–£15m construction projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire. Based from their office near Reading, with regular site involvement, you will work closely with an experienced Technical Services Manager, managing mechanical and M&E packages across high-end Commercial Office Fit Out and New Build projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects span Motorsport, Commercial, Light Industrial, Pharmaceutical and NHS sectors.
