Collaborating with, and drawing on the specialist skills of the group''s business units we deliver a truly integrated, multidisciplinary service.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our growing team supporting the delivery of major projects in the Anglian Water region.As a Mechanical Project Engineer, working closely with the Mechanical Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery and technical governance of mechanical packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. You will manage mechanical procurement packages throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical procurement packages from specification through to installation, commissioning and handover.Produce scopes of work and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee equipment selection, including pumps, valves, penstocks, lifting equipment and associated mechanical systems.Monitor package costs, programme performance and ..... full job details .....
