The successful candidate will ensure that works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical specifications, programme deadlines, quality standards and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical project activities, including HVAC, heating, ventilation, chilled water, pipework and plant installations. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, technical submissions and equipment schedules. Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to resolve technical queries.
