We are seeking a high-caliber Mechanical Project Engineer to join a major water and wastewater treatment framework in London.This is a critical position within a high-pressure, high-reward environment. We need a specialist who understands the unique rigors of the water sector and can drive the delivery of essential infrastructure upgrades through 2030. With an immediate start available, you will integrate directly into the project team to oversee complex mechanical workstreams across major treatment works.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance and Standards: Ensure all mechanical engineering works meet the stringent specifications of the water authority (Thames Water) and regulatory environmental standards.Site Coordination: Act as the technical bridge between design teams, equipment suppliers, and site delivery operations to resolve complex engineering challenges on site.Health and Safety: Maintain an uncompromising approach to safety, particularly regarding confined spaces, lifting operations, and chemical/hazardous environments typical of water treatment sites.AMP8 Delivery: Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities specifically tailored to water and wastewater treatment works and capital infrastructure upgrades.Technical Management: ..... full job details .....
