This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware engineer to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.The OpportunityAs a Mechanical Building Services Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the management, coordination, installation and commissioning of mechanical HVAC systems across multiple commercial and industrial projects.Working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop mechanical HVAC system specifications and prepare construction drawings, schedules and technical documentation.Produce technical submissions and manage RFI communications.Procure materials and place orders with suppliers and subcontractors.Coordinate and manage site-based activities and subcontractor performance.Take commercial ..... full job details .....
