This is a varied role involving both project/site management and hands-on mechanical work . The Role Assist with managing projects from start to finish. Work closely with the Contracts Manager and site teams. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress. Manage workmanship, quality and site activities. Liaise with clients and contractors. Carry out site visits and surveys. Assist with project planning and programmes. Support commissioning and handover. Manage snagging and defects through to completion. Ensure RAMS, health & safety and CDM requirements are followed. Identify and report variations and additional works. Carry out hands-on mechanical installation, repairs and alterations when required.
