Ideally candidates will have at least 5 years building services experience working for a mechanical contractor and be looking to progress to a more senior level in the building services sector. With a respected/noted contractor and be qualified ideally to minimum HNC standard. The role requires working across an interesting & diverse work base covering many specialised areas of the Mechanical industry. The role requires the financial & quality management of projects within a team environment along with the management of construction programmes.
