      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Location:  Reading, UK (2 days a week onsite)   Overview   We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager with a strong Mechanical Systems Engineering background to lead the delivery of complex aerospace and defence programmes. This role will drive cross-functional engineering activities, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery of advanced mechanical system solutions within a digital engineering environment.   Key Responsibilities    Lead the delivery of complex mechanical systems projects across the full product lifecycle.  Coordinate engineering activities across multiple suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.  Drive implementation of Digital Engineering and Digital Thread methodologies.
