Mechanical Principal Engineer

We''re looking for a Principal Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Mechanical Assurance, Governance and Framework Support team based in Kier Water Division, national remit. Location: Kier Water Division, national remitHours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to provide senior mechanical engineering guidance, independent assurance and specialist support to our Water framework teams. You''ll play a key role in strengthening mechanical governance, quality and technical consistency while supporting local teams across the country. Working on a proportionate, risk-based approach, you''ll focus on significant mechanical risks, assurance priorities, escalations and complex technical issues. What will you be responsible for? As a Principal Engineer (Mechanical), you''ll be working within the Mechanical Assurance, Governance and Framework Support team, supporting them in delivering mechanical engineering excellence and assurance across our Water frameworks.
