Maintenance Plumber and Pipefitter Mechanical Engineer Bristol, 50,000+, Company Vehicle, Continental Shiftwork We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber and Pipefitter / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, working across commercial sites throughout Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical maintenance professional looking for a 50,000+ package, company vehicle and a stable continental shift pattern. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial facilities, together with a range of mechanical pipework duties. Your responsibilities will include: Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance Plumbing and pipefitting across commercial buildings Installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical pipework Fault finding and diagnosing mechanical issues Maintaining pumps, valves, heating and associated mechanical systems Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs efficiently Completing planned maintenance schedules and service documentation Working safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety procedures Liaising with clients, site teams and other contractors What We''re Looking For Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber, Pipefitter or Mechanical Engineer Strong commercial or facilities maintenance background Good knowledge of mechanical services and pipework systems Experience with both planned and reactive ..... full job details .....
