The role is delivering planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, statutory compliance and small works. You will keep heating, hot water and cold water running reliably for hundreds of tenants. Playing a key part in water hygiene compliance Key responsibilities Carry out PPM on plant room equipment to SFG20 schedules, plate heat exchangers, calorifiers and cylinders, pumps, pressurisation units, cold water booster sets, expansion vessels, valves and strainers. Diagnose and repair reactive faults on heating, domestic hot water and cold water systems within contracted response times, including loss of heating or hot water across whole buildings.
