Are you an experienced Mechanical Plumber looking for your next role in commercial building maintenance?

We''re recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Plumber to join a well-established engineering team on a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a permanent, days-only position offering excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.

The Role

As a Mechanical Plumber, you''ll be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on commercial plumbing systems

• Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding

• Maintenance of pumps, valves, pipework, water services and sanitary systems

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and mechanical faults

• Working alongside a team of experienced engineers to maintain a high-profile commercial building

• Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber

• Background in commercial building maintenance or facilities management

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance

• Relevant plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent preferred)

• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
