Mechanical Plant Maintenance Engineer

We''re recruiting for an experienced Plant Engineer to join a busy gas processing facility in Brigg.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and time-served engineer who is ready to step into a 1st Line Supervisor position. You''ll play a key role in maintaining plant reliability across a busy gas processing facility, ensuring PSSR compliance and helping to build and develop a small engineering team. Key Responsibilities Ensure all plant equipment remains compliant with Pressure Systems Safety Regulations. Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site. Replace, repair and maintain industrial valves. Inspect, maintain and repair tanks, pumps, drums and gas cylinders. Support plant reliability and minimise downtime. Complete inspections and maintenance safely, following company procedures and industry standards. Lead day-to-day engineering activities across the Site. What We''re Looking For Time-served Mechanical Engineer with a recognised engineering apprenticeship/ qualification or experience. Previous experience within a gas plant, process plant, manufacturing, chemical, industrial or heavy engineering environment. Strong understanding of PSSR (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations).
