Mechanical Pipefitters - 2 PositionsLocation: Reading, RG2 9AA Start Date: 28/09/2026 Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: 28.00- 29.00 per hour Overtime/Weekends: As and when requiredWorking HoursMonday-Thursday: 07:30-16:30Friday: 07:30-15:00Morning Break: 20 minutes, paidAfternoon Break: 30 minutes, unpaidJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for 2 experienced Mechanical Pipefitters to work on a 6-month project in Reading The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation of mechanical services, including:First-fix installation of secondary steelwork using Sikla and Unistrut systems.Installation of copper press-fit pipework.Installation of stainless-steel flanged pipework.Reading and working from mechanical drawings.Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements.Maintaining excellent health and safety standards throughout the project.Essential RequirementsValid CSCS, JIB or equivalent Skills Card - card must state Mechanical Pipefitting.NVQ Level 2 minimum in a relevant mechanical/pipefitting qualification.Valid IPAF certification.Own hand tools.Proven experience as a Mechanical Pipefitter.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.Must have the skills and experience required to carry out the duties of the role safely and competently.DesirablePrevious experience working on similar hospital or large commercial projects.Own transport.How to ApplyIf you are an ..... full job details .....
