In this role, you will play a key part in driving the successful delivery of complex mechanical building services packages on major data centre developments.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the client and wider project stakeholders.Safety and Quality: Draft and implement comprehensive method statements and risk assessments for all package-related mechanical works, ensuring HVAC deliverables satisfy quality and safety requirements.Installation Sequencing: Coordinate with the broader project team to sequence mechanical installations, including pipework, aligning activities with scheduled programme milestones.Commercial and Scope Tracking: Assist with the documentation and costing of scope changes, support the preparation of monthly valuations, and contribute to the final account process.Documentation Management: Compile, maintain, and file all package-related OandM and ..... full job details .....
