The role involves managing labour, subcontractors, materials and logistics to ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and in line with programme requirements. Acting as a key point of coordination between site teams and stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive performance, compliance and quality across all mechanical activities. This is a leadership-focused role suited to professionals experienced in high-spec, business-critical projects.Experience Required Proven experience managing mechanical packages on complex construction or engineering projects, ideally within live or high-spec environments such as data centres or healthcare facilities.
