This role is critical in overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of a complex MandE package as part of a wider infrastructure upgrade. Please note: Due to the secure nature of the site, BPSS clearance is mandatory. Only candidates with an EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member passport who have lived in the UK for the past 5 years can be considered. Key Responsibilities: Lead the safe planning, procurement, and delivery of mechanical works on site. Coordinate with internal and client teams to review and optimise designs. Drive delivery to meet quality, safety, cost, and programme requirements. Manage change control, risk, and opportunity within your workstream. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and statutory obligations. Provide leadership and support to site teams and subcontractors. Maintain quality records including ITPs, RAMS, and lifetime documentation. Oversee interdisciplinary coordination across all stakeholders. Manage short-term planning using tools such as Aphex; ProjectWise experience desirable. NEC4 contract ..... full job details .....
