Lead and manage a team of Plumbers, Mechanical Engineers, Water Hygiene Technicians, Pump Engineers and subcontractors. Provide technical oversight across plumbing, water hygiene, drainage, pumps, water treatment and mechanical building services. Ensure compliance with ACOP L8, HSG274, BS 8580-1, Water Supply Regulations and relevant health and safety legislation. Manage maintenance contracts across commercial and domestic properties, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs, SLAs, budgets and quality standards. Oversee maintenance of hot and cold water systems, TMVs, calorifiers, booster sets, pressurisation units, tanks and closed-loop systems.
