Managing multiple Building Services projects across Essex and home counties.

Role

Building Services M&E within commercial predominately educational sites. Managing 5 10 projects and any given time.
Projects range from -250K 1M
All sites are usually within Essex & home counties the client does not work within central London.

MUST HAVE: Mechanical biased background, running multiple M&E projects within commercial education.

Experience within heating systems, radiator installation, plants rooms etc.
Electrical installation works.

Relevant industry qualifications.

SMSTS / SSSTS


HOURS: Negotiable

Package

Salary dependable on experience
Vehicle available
Petrol & parking covered
