Mechanical New Build Contracts Manager

Job description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Build Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent organisational capabilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Liaise with new build gas engineers and plumbers, ensuring smooth site operations Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution. Ordering materials through simple purchasing system Develop project plans using Microsoft Project, outlining key milestones and deliverables. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Utilise strong communication skills to provide updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
