Mechanical Minor Works Supervisor

Dalkia UK is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Minor Works team on the Houses of Parliament account.Purpose of the Role:To supervise Mechanical Minor Works, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our client, in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.Main Responsibilities:Contract Delivery:

Support the team to meet and exceed contractual KPIs and SLAs in small works, statutory compliance, remedial works, and fault repairs.Reporting:

Ensure all records are completed and control additional costs such as overtime, travel, and allowances.Contract Opportunities:

Understand client needs, identify additional services, and provide quotes.Subcontractors and Suppliers:

Monitor work, ensure value for money, and liaise with all parties.Invoicing:

Capture chargeable works and verify invoices.Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional service and resolve operational issues.Call Out and Cover:

Support emergency call-outs and maintain division coverage.Helpdesk:

Coordinate with schedulers and helpdesk for task allocation.Communication:

Share updates regularly with team, client, and end users.QSHE:

Adhere to health and safety regulations and report hazards.Learning and Development:

Provide ongoing team development and technical training.Other Duties:
