Mechanical Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all mechanical services works on the project from installation through to completion. Oversee mechanical subcontractors and specialist contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Coordinate mechanical installations with other trades and the wider construction programme. Review drawings, specifications and technical information, identifying and resolving any design or coordination issues. Attend and contribute to site meetings, progress meetings and technical coordination meetings. Monitor progress against programme and ensure key mechanical milestones are achieved.
