Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager My client is a reputable organisation who have established themselves in delivering MandE services, they are known for their reputation on delivering projects on time, on budget and safely to a first-class finish. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 08.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 08.00 - 2.00pm. Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience. Must be willing and able to travel in NI as well as requirements to travel to ROI and GB. Essential Criteria: Have a plumbing/heating trade background Demonstrable Health and Safety knowledge IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines and working under pressure Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work with strong levels of attention to detail in all areas of installation Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Must have a clean driving license Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of Procore (training will be provided) Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Procurement of general day-to-day materials Responsible for the control of labour and their coordination ..... full job details .....
