Mechanical ManagerSalary: 75,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageLocation: LondonSector: High-End Fit-Out / Building ServicesCompany: Leading Tier 1 Main ContractorThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering some of the most prestigious fit-out projects in London.With an outstanding reputation for quality, technical excellence and project delivery, this is an opportunity to work on high-profile commercial fit-out schemes within a professional, forward-thinking organisation.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing mechanical building services from installation through to testing, commissioning and final handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and programme delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all mechanical building services installations across prestigious fit-out projects.Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, specialist suppliers and site teams.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.Oversee installation quality, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.Work closely with the project management team, electrical managers, consultants and client representatives.Monitor progress against programme, identifying and resolving technical and logistical issues.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards and relevant industry requirements.Attend project meetings ..... full job details .....
