Mechanical Manager

My client is a leading, award winning -M&E-contractor that specilise in delivering projects projects across central London. My clients are currently recruiting a Mechanical -Manager to work on there Commercail project in Central London.

Mechanical Construction Manager-Responsibilities:

• Manage-daily Health & Safety on site including RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
• Identify and resolve daily risks and challenges on site.
• Manage works in accordance with quality requirements.
• Effectively manage team performance and subcontractors on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities.
• Attendance and input at progress team meetings.
• Assist with-commissioning and a smooth handover
• Identify and resolve engineering and coordination issues
• To take lead in managing several sub-contract packages from install through to commissioning.
• Communication with Main Contractors/Clients ensuring all aspects of the contract are running correctly in line with the design.
• Attend project meetings both internally and with the Main Contractor/Client.
• QA procedures are being followed.
• Assist with the Regular Progress reports and ensure they are being completed and issued to Main contractors.
• Health and Safety requirements are being adhered to on site.
• Programme is being adhered to and any issues are understood and communicated correctly.

Mechanical Construction-Manager Requirments

• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS - Essential.-
• Time Served or Mechanical trade or Degree level qualification or HND Equivalent.-
• Have good computer skills and understand Microsoft 365 software.
