A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Mechanical Manager in Edinburgh to take responsibility for mechanical services across a large, complex healthcare estate. This is a senior, predominantly site-based position requiring strong technical knowledge, people management and the confidence to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders. The Role As the Mechanical Manager, you’ll: Oversee mechanical and water services across a complex estate. Manage multiple technical projects and support a wider operational engineering team. Provide technical leadership across water systems, plumbing, HVAC and steam generation . Support Legionella prevention, water flushing and water compliance activities.
