Mechanical Maintenance TradespersonLocation: Prestigious Organisation, Regent''s Park, NW1 Salary: 50,000 - 55,000The OpportunityMy client, a prestigious organisation based near Regent''s Park, NW1, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Tradesperson to join their Estates and Facilities team.Working alongside the Maintenance Shift Leaders and reporting to the Estates Helpdesk and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance services across a large and diverse campus estate. The role involves a combination of reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, contractor liaison, and ensuring critical building services remain fully operational.This position operates on a Monday to Friday shift rota, alternating between early shifts (07:00 start) and late shifts (11:00 start) to provide maintenance cover throughout the working day.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Maintenance and Facilities SupportCarry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance activities across the estate.Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to mechanical and plumbing systems.Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) inspections and associated remedial works.Utilise the Building Management System (BMS) to identify, investigate and resolve building services issues.Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CAFM system.Keep workshops and ..... full job details .....
