A Mechanical Maintenance Technician Oil position is available in Portlethen, offering a permanent contract with a salary between £23,000 and £31,500 per annum. You will be responsible for servicing Downhole motors and Progressive Cavity Pumps, ensuring equipment is operationally ready to minimise downtime. The role suits a candidate with workshop experience, ideally maintaining rugged machinery for the oil and gas sector, though exposure to Downhole or Wireline systems is advantageous. Your duties will involve routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and component refurbishment within a workshop team. This is a hands-on position for a meticulous individual with strong mechanical aptitude, working standard weekday hours.

Mechanical Technician required to maintain Downhole motor and Progressive Cavity Pumps. The ideal candidate will have mechanical workshop experience ideally on rugged machine maintenance for the oil and gas industry, Downhole or Wireline systems, but this is not essential.
