What You Will Do: Maintain and repair blow and injection moulding machines to keep output steady and efficient. Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic faults using strong diagnostic skills and clear, methodical fault-finding. Support shift leaders with machine setups and contribute to improving cycle times. Carry out regular quality checks and proactively support Health and Safety on site. Provide technical assistance through workshop-based activities, including the use of lathes, welders, and grinders. Take ownership of engineering improvement projects and help drive continuous improvement across operations. What You Will Bring: A mechanically biased background, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in hydraulic fault finding and an ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings (pneumatics experience is also beneficial).
