This is a hands-on mechanical maintenance role where you''ll be responsible for keeping production machinery running safely and efficiently. You''ll carry out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, breakdown repairs, machine adjustments and continuous improvement activities to minimise downtime and maximise production output. What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults and breakdowns. Responding to line stoppages and equipment failures. Completing machine repairs, adjustments and tooling changes. Supporting machinery performance improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Using workshop machinery, tools and measuring equipment.
