Mechanical Maintenance FitterOur client is currently looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters / Maintenance Technicians to work as part of a team, covering mechanical maintenance activities on their customer''s site in Erith.Must have experience with mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or process environment.NVQ level 3 / City and Guilds Level 3, or similar in a mechanical engineering discipline required.Hours of Work:7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours paid basic)Overtime available to suit the site needsJob Location: ErithRate:Up to £20/hour (depending on experience)Call out rates and overtime availableKey Responsibilities:Working as part of a team to provide planned preventative maintenance in accordance with site schedulesCarry out fault finding and mechanical repairs during breakdown situationsWork to safe systems of work and other documentation provided and always with yours and other s safety in mindCommunicate effectively with other team membersIdentify the correct equipment required for each task and utilise that equipment safelyKey Individual Skills and Attributes:Be organised, adaptable and flexible in your approach to workWork safely paying attention to detailA positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving skillsExcellent time keeping and attendanceEnergy and enthusiasm for the ..... full job details .....
