The role offers long-term stability, a varied workload, and the chance to work within a complex, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.Working alongside the Maintenance Shift Leaders and reporting to the Estates Helpdesk and Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the mechanical infrastructure across the estate. You will work a rotating Monday to Friday shift pattern covering early and late shifts to ensure maintenance support is provided throughout the day.Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:An NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in Mechanical Engineering, orA completed Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship, orA Bachelor''s degree in a Mechanical Engineering disciplineRecent and substantial hands-on experience using a Building Management System (BMS)Strong experience within a maintenance environmentExperience working within customer-facing operational environmentsGood communication ..... full job details .....
