Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: -43,196 + Overtime + Callout
Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

A well-established manufacturing business is looking to add a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to their growing engineering team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys fault finding, preventative maintenance, and working on a variety of production equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance across site

• Fault finding and breakdown repairs on production machinery

• Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, belts and bearings

• Maintenance of motors, pumps, conveyors and milling machines

• Supporting equipment with PLC-controlled systems and control panels

• Assisting with continuous improvement and reliability of machinery

• Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent)

• Strong mechanical maintenance background

• Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, bearings and motors

• Ability to respond effectively to breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance
