We''re working with a well-established manufacturing business in Clevedon that is continuing to invest heavily in its site, machinery and engineering team. They''re looking for a strong Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with solid experience across mechanical systems and hydraulics. This is a hands-on role working across a busy production environment, where you''ll be responsible for keeping a wide range of machinery running reliably and getting stuck into genuine mechanical fault-finding. And if you want to maximise your earnings, there''s plenty of optional weekend overtime available. The shift pattern You''ll work a 3-week rotating pattern of 12-hour shifts: Week 1 - 3 x 12-hour day shifts Week 2 - 3 x 12-hour night shifts Week 3 - 2 x 12-hour day shifts + 2 x 12-hour night shifts No scheduled weekend working. If you want to earn more, optional weekend overtime is available and paid at time and a half, with double time after 8 hours.
