Maintenance Engineer - Hospital in Chelsea - 220 per Day, 3 days per week - Basic or ideally enhanced DBS RequiredTech-People are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer for an ongoing role at a hospital in Chelsea, working 3 days per week, ideally Monday to Wednesday.Location: Hospital in Chelsea, LondonStart: Next weekHours: 8:00am - 4:30pmWorking days: 3 days per week, ideally Monday to WednesdayRate: 220 per day, based on 8 working hoursParking: No on-site parking availableThe successful candidate must have strong, proven experience in AHU (Air Handling Unit) maintenance. This is not a standard plumbing maintenance role, so we are looking for someone who has carried out AHU maintenance regularly and is confident working on air handling systems within a commercial or hospital environment.Duties will include:Routine maintenance and servicing of AHUsInspecting, maintaining and troubleshooting air handling systemsCarrying out general mechanical and plumbing maintenance as requiredIdentifying faults and ensuring equipment operates efficientlyCompleting maintenance tasks within a live hospital environmentSupporting general building services maintenance where requiredRequirements:Valid, in-date Basic DBS check (essential),Proven, hands-on experience maintaining AHUs - essentialPrevious commercial maintenance experienceRelevant mechanical or building services qualificationsOwn tools and full PPEAbility to work independently in a live hospital environmentThis is ..... full job details .....
