Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Commercial Building Services Monday - Friday 50,000 + Employment Package Extremely interested environment - high security defence contract. We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our commercial building services / commercial maintenance team within a high secure, defence environment based in the heart of Westminster, London. You will be working as part of a large team, carrying out planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical building services systems, such as; pumps, motors, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pressurisation units, expansion valves, water heaters, water treatment plant and similar systems. Employment Package: Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Status: Permanent, PAYE - Paid Monthly. Base Salary: 50,000.00 per annum. Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm. Holidays: 26 days + 8 bank holidays - total 34 days. Pension: up to 8% match scheme. Paid overtime available, between x1.5 - x2 rate. Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks. 140 per week standby + minimum of 4 hours pay if called out. Use of a company pool van permitted. Location: Static site in Westminster (high security defence contract). Requirements: Must have a strong understanding / technical hands on experience within commercial plant rooms.
