Key Responsibilities Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out PPMs and reactive repairs on all commercial plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. System Diagnostics: Fault-find and repair issues with hot/cold water systems, drainage, sanitary ware, pipework, and valves. Mechanical FM Support: Assist with wider mechanical plant maintenance, including pumps, booster sets, AHUs, FCUs, and basic heating/cooling system checks.
