Key Responsibilities Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs across a diverse range of mechanical plant and building services. System Oversight: Maintain and fault-find on HVAC systems, commercial heating plant, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and hot/cold water distribution networks. Minor Installations: Undertake small-scale mechanical installation and pipework modifications as required.
