Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Mechanical Maintenance EngineerType: PermanentBasic: 38,000 - 41,000 (plus increase of 1,500 AP Ventilation, plus on call and OT)Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week.Location: HumbersideWe are recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer based in the Humberside area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance plus lead and supervisory duties The role is a permanent position paying 38,000 - 41,000. For candidates with Ventilation AP (or after training) the basic will rise by 1.5k.On call one in five (c 120 standby plus OT) and pool van available for on call times25 days holiday plus statutory Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:Mechanical Plant roomPumps and valvesPlumbing maintenanceBasic AHU/fan coil/ventilation upkeepChecks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.Small works installationEmergency repairsAll ad- hoc maintenance tasksSupervise and oversee contractors on site - lead engineeringWork as Ventilation AP (training provided) Requirements:A qualified Mechanical EngineerExperience of plant room, ventilation, AHU''s, FCU''s etc.Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experienceExcellent client facing skillsLead and Supervisory experienceWillingness to complete Ventilation AP training (or previously trained)Willingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasksWilling and able to pass a DBS If you are ..... full job details .....
