Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Portsmouth) - (Mechanical Building Facilities)

• -42,000 pa plus Company van and all expenses provided for you

All Applicants must have the following:

• Experience of working as as a Mechanical Engineer within commercial buildings
• City and Guilds -Mechanical Engineering Services NVQ Level 2 or higher.
• A Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure Systems (CPMPS)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Technically experienced in maintenance of mechanical assets (HVAC/Boilers etc) within commercial environments

Purpose of Role:

Working within the Portsmouth and surrounding areas - carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Mechanical Buildings Services Engineering Assets - such as heating, ventilation, boilers, air handling units, plant equipment.

Superb role, perfect for an experienced mechanical engineer, with a City and Guilds -Mechanical Engineering Services NVQ Level 2 or higher, a Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure Systems (CPMPS), a full UK driving licence and living in areas such as Portsmouth, Hayling Island, Porchester, Havant, Fareham, and the nearby areas to Portsmouth in Hampshire
