Based at their Charterhouse Square campus, you''ll help keep a range of academic and research buildings running smoothly overnight. This is a mechanically biased role covering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a variety of building services systems and plant, including HVAC, heating and water services. The 4-on-4-off nights pattern gives you plenty of time off, alongside the security of a permanent role with a well-established organisation.
