Based on a 14 storey commercial building the Mechanically qualified engineer will be part of a maintenance team of 4 undertaking the Landlord side planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. This exciting opening will be working Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and offers all the training and progression opportunities, with the current Supervisor and Manager having progressed through the ranks from being engineers. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) and Reactive maintenance AHUs, FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Sprinkler Systems Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
